Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fresh juice blends, smoothies, and specialty non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and answering questions about menu options Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food prep surfaces, equipment, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and give correct change using basic math skills Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for busy periods Follow food handling procedures and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality beverage service and food safety compliance Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred; café experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and drink service techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling skills Excellent time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments and giving correct change Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to contribute to a lively work environment Join us in creating memorable experiences through vibrant drinks and exceptional service!
