Flexible scheduling available Job Summary Juice n' Bowls is looking for dependable, energetic Team Members to join our team! We serve fresh, healthy food in a clean, upbeat, fast-paced environment, and we're looking for people who enjoy helping customers, staying active, and working as part of a team. Team Members are trained in all areas of the shop. You'll learn how to provide excellent customer service, operate our Square POS system , prepare fresh ingredients, and make our full menu of acai bowls, smoothies, juices, oatmeal, and toasts. We take pride in quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and consistency. The ideal Team Member is someone who comes to work with a positive attitude, follows directions, works with urgency, and can be counted on to show up ready for every scheduled shift. Responsibilities Deliver friendly, positive, and high-energy customer service Welcome customers and help provide a great Juice n' Bowls experience Learn and accurately operate the Square POS system Take customer orders and process transactions correctly Learn to prepare all Juice n' Bowls menu items, including: Acai bowls Smoothies Fresh juices Oatmeal Toasts Toppings and additional menu ingredients Follow company recipes, portions, and presentation standards Perform assigned stocking and food-prep shifts Wash, cut, portion, and prepare fruits, vegetables, toppings, and other ingredients with precision Keep ingredients, cups, utensils, packaging, and supplies fully stocked Work quickly and accurately during busy periods Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout every shift Complete daily cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks throughout the store Clean equipment, floors, counters, dishes, prep areas, customer areas, and storage spaces as assigned Follow all food-safety, sanitation, health-code, and grooming standards Communicate respectfully with managers and coworkers Support other Team Members and assist wherever needed Report to every scheduled shift on time, in proper uniform, and prepared to work RequirementsReliability Is Essential Every scheduled Team Member is important to the operation of the shop, which is why consistent attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position. We are looking for candidates who: Are dependable and committed to working their scheduled shifts Consistently arrive to work on time Understand that unexcused absences and repeated call-offs are not acceptable Communicate responsibly and professionally with management Have reliable transportation to and from work Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are open to coaching and willing to learn Can follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures Take pride in cleanliness, presentation, and food quality Can stay productive and take initiative during their shift Work well with others and contribute to a team environment Can perform effectively in a fast-paced setting Are able to stand and remain active for extended periods Can regularly lift and carry approximately 30-50 lbs , including produce and supply boxes Have a valid Food Handler's Card or are willing to obtain one Follow all Juice n' Bowls grooming, uniform, health, and food-safety standards Restaurant, food-service, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but previous experience is not required . We are willing to train applicants who demonstrate reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to work.
