Duties include taking orders, running food, bussing tables, making espresso drinks, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations. FOH staff are expected to communicate clearly with the kitchen, work efficiently in a fast paced environment , follow all company policies and contribute positively to team workflow and guest satisfaction all while maintaining the cool, underground vibe that is Rooster Cafe. between the hours of 8am -1:45pm. This shift requires flexibility to come in early as 6am or stay until 3:30pm if needed. This is rare but can happen. We have a permanent schedule so we hire for the days we have available shifts. This is a physical job that requires moving heavy tables and chairs, large umbrellas and heavy bus bins.
