Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Prepare and serve poke bowls according to company recipes and presentation standards. Educate guests on menu offerings and assist with order customization. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Ensure serving lines remain stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Organize, stock, and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring products are properly presented and readily available for guests. Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging supplies, and retail merchandise throughout each shift. Receive, move, and store inventory deliveries while maintaining organization and inventory control standards. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and preparation tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service during peak business hours. Experience Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment is preferred but not required. Experience handling food and following food safety and sanitation procedures is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest interaction.
