Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist with food handling and beverage preparation to deliver timely service during busy periods. Support team members with cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the café area. Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods.
