Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Barista / Cashier Join our team at our charming, family-owned Mexican bakery and coffee shop , known for its authentic homemade baked goods —including conchas, pan dulce, and traditional pastries—paired with freshly brewed coffee . Our shop is a neighborhood favorite , loved for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and taste of authentic Mexican culture. Min 10 hours per week, Max 20 Hours per week . We're looking for a Barista/Cashier who is: Friendly and welcoming Able to communicate clearly and effectively Great under pressure and multitasking Passionate about excellent customer service Positive, reliable, and a great team player Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Patient and able to solve problems calmly Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Previous barista experience required Cash handling and POS experience preferred Must be punctual and dependable Responsibilities include: Preparing coffee and espresso drinks to standard recipes Assisting customers with orders and payments Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Providing friendly and attentive service Restocking pastries and supplies as needed Assisting with additional tasks as needed (such as cleaning, organizing, or supporting other team members)
