Livingroom is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista/Server to join our team. As a Barista/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take and prepare beverage orders with precision and care. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer inquiries or concerns

Barista Duties:

Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more. Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Keep the coffee preparation area clean and well-stocked.

Server Responsibilities:

Take food orders and deliver them to customers in a timely manner. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Provide attentive service and address customer needs throughout their dining experience.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or server preferred, but not required. Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving job responsibilities.
