Posted Monday, July 13, 2026 at 5:00 AM The ancestors of the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation existed many centuries ago as a community of people…a Tribe living together, farming, hunting and fishing to survive. Much has changed since that time. Today the Sycuan Tribe governs its Reservation, owns and operates a Casino and a Golf Resort, and owns a number of other business ventures in the San Diego Region. Job Purpose:
Prepares specialty coffee, beverages, and food
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides guests with service by acknowledging and welcoming guests, promptly taking and serving orders, preparing food products following production sheets and recipes, pouring, mixing, blending, reheating and portioning as appropriate, responding to guest requests, and collecting and processing payment and returning change following established procedures. Maintains safe and sanitary area by checking coffee and food products for appropriate temperature and freshness, replenishing and rotating food items as necessary, following correct cooling and storage procedures, cleaning coffee equipment and surrounding areas, and organizing workstation according to established procedures. Provides accounting of transactions during shift by entering cash transactions into point of sale system, counting currency, logging guest discounts, VIP points and credit cards on to cashier drop work sheet, balancing money drawer against generated cashier report following established procedures, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor or food & beverage management team. Ensures work area is stocked and clean by submitting supply requisitions, placing delivered beverages, food and supplies in designated areas, replenishing condiments and supplies, and cleaning shelves, guests' tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
