If you love a fast-paced environment, craft specialty coffee, and making people's days brighter, we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for flexible team members who are available to work a dynamic mix of weekdays and weekends . Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks with precision, flair maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, equipment, and seating areas to meet food safety standards. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Requirements Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Proficiency in POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and service delivery.

Schedule:

Weekdays and Weekends (Looking for flexible team members available for a mix of morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts)

Starting Base Pay:

$16.90+/hour (based on experience)
