Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Barista Cashier, where you'll be the friendly face that greets customers and the skilled professional crafting their favorite beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and front-of-house spaces Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately using retail math skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash register operations, sales calculations, and retail math tasks Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to every customer interaction!
