Job Description
Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are seeking reliable Coffee Barista / Clerks to join our coffee bar team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, preparing quality beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and workstations.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the day.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Promote daily specials and menu offerings. Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
