As a Café Ambassador, you will represent the Lexus brand by providing exceptional hospitality to dealership guests and team members. You will help create a positive café experience through outstanding customer service, beverage preparation, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and other café offerings. Educate customers on available menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences. Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide support to enhance their experience. Assist with daily café operations during scheduled shifts. Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, safety, cleanliness, and security. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, restaurant, café, or similar environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Strong customer service mindset with a "customer-first" attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
