Important Note:

We are looking to fill Part Time positions. It will be a 18-30 hours a week schedule . We are looking to fill positions for shifts that are 5:20 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, and Weekend shifts from 6:20 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. Once Cross-training is completed each employee will need to be able to work at least one Opening shift, One Closing shift per week. PART TIME

positions for baristas with our Drive Thru Espresso company. Baristas / Shift Leaders perform a variety of duties including preparing espresso drinks, restocking and cleaning prep area, cash handling, and completing opening, shift change, and closing checklists. The barista welcomes each guest and provides excellent customer service skills while adhering to all recipes and presentation standards. As Shift Leader you will take responsibility and accountability for; developing and retaining relationships with customers, as well as ensuring all recipes, policies, and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Applicant MUST posses the following skills: Individual with Espresso Service experience Must be able to adhere to written schedule without conflict Must have your own reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow written checklists to our standards Ability to follow company policies and procedures Ability to work in a team environment Ability to set and maintain high standards while leading by example Ability to maintain punctuality for all shifts.
