As a barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while serving beverages and food item at a quick pace. Most importantly, we're looking for candidates enthusiastic to connect with customers and their team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Operate cash registers and handle transactions digitally using a POS system. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the food preparation area.
