This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their designated shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and other beverages
  • Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
  • Operating and maintaining coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers)
  • Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Following health and safety guidelines
  • Stocking and replenishing supplies
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in the food industry is required
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial accountability
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
