From signature lattes and middle eastern/south asian-inspired drinks to breakfast, pastries, cakes, and desserts, we pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. Requirements Previous café, bakery, food service, or hospitality experience preferred Espresso experience required ; latte art is a plus Ability to learn and consistently follow recipes and company standards Strong multitasking and time management skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willing to assist with both front-of-house and light back-of-house tasks Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Take orders, answer menu questions, and assist with cake orders Prepare espresso beverages, specialty drinks, teas, and other menu items Frost cupcakes and finish desserts as needed Serve food and drinks, bus tables, and maintain a clean dining area Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing Follow recipes, procedures, and daily checklists accurately Restock supplies and assist with inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café throughout each shift Compensation Competitive hourly pay + tips (team members average approximately $3/hour in tips + any cash tips) Schedule Part-time (2-4 shifts per week) Full-time (5-6 shifts per week) Typical shifts are 5-6 hours Weekend availability is required
