The Barista will be responsible for operating the POS system, preparing beverages to a high standard, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and continually developing their knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art. Responsibilities Operate the POS system, process customer transactions accurately, and provide professional, attentive customer service. Prepare premium coffee and specialty beverages while developing proficiency in espresso preparation, milk steaming, and other beverage techniques. Develop expertise in artisanal coffee, including coffee preparation, brewing methods, flavor profiles, and latte art presentation. Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and well-stocked workspace while adhering to established quality, safety, and operational standards. Skills Demonstrated interest in specialty and artisanal coffee, with a willingness to learn and continuously develop technical barista skills. Strong attention to detail, particularly in beverage quality, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Professional communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
