Job Description
Lafayette Public House is a fast-paced Coffee and Brunch restaurant in the morning, turned Beer Garden on select evenings. We are looking to fill barista, cashier & food runner positions within our sole location on 50 Lafayette Circle. Baristas/Cashier/Food-Runner are responsible for but not limited to:
- Being punctual
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking/Reliable
- Ringing customers up while holding efficiency and accuracy at the forefront of each transaction
- Actively engages in tasking to help the flow of the daypart be successful and smooth
- Problem solves through customer complaints, ensuring that the patron leaves happy
- Works well within a team and is willing to work wherever asked
- Keeps station clean and stocked at the start and end of each shift
- Flexible and willing to learn, and takes instruction well from others Our business currently offers employees tips based on hours worked
- Tips range from $8
- 20 an hour daily
