Barista Laguna Coast Market & Cafe Laguna Beach, CA Job Details Part-time $15 - $20 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Food service closing procedures Café experience Food service opening procedures Store closing procedures Store opening procedures Barista experience Coffee shop experience Receiving shipments Time management Full Job Description Open and close the café Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café Monitor inventory and keep track of product levels Make sure coffee, pastries, milk, syrups, and other supplies are fully stocked Place and manage orders for coffee beans, pastries, and other café supplies as needed Communicate with vendors and ensure orders are received correctly Check inventory regularly and anticipate when products need to be reordered Help maintain proper organization and storage of all café products Follow opening and closing procedures Provide friendly and professional customer service Help ensure the café runs efficiently throughout the day Qualifications Previous barista or café experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Reliable and responsible Experience with inventory, ordering, or café operations is a plus Must be comfortable opening and closing the café Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
