Job Description
Join one of Arizona's largest and fastest-growing boba tea house groups as we launch our newest location in Lake Forest, California! We're looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Boba Baristas to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages—including our signature boba teas—and light snacks. Whether you're greeting customers with a smile or crafting drinks with precision, you'll play an essential part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming environment Provide drink menus and answer questions about ingredients and customization options Take accurate orders, noting customer preferences (e.g., sweetness level, toppings, dairy choices) Prepare beverages and snacks following company recipes and quality standards Serve drinks and light food items such as cookies, pastries, and muffins Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and front-of-house area Follow proper store opening and closing procedures based on shift, including: ▪ Cooking and prepping ingredients (e.g., boba) for the day ▪ Cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including the kitchen and restroom ▪ Taking out the trash and disposing of waste properly Restock supplies as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Relay customer feedback to managers and suggest potential new menu items Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work on weekends Prior barista or kitchen experience preferred Motivated and willing to take initiative Flexible availability for various shifts Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and respond to customer preferences High school diploma or equivalent preferred
