Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Serve food items and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including equipment, counters, seating areas, and food handling stations Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage POS systems efficiently Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably within the café space, and perform cleaning duties effectively Knowledge of beverage service standards and drink preparation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Commitment to food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable café experiences!
