The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and positive demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing specialty beverages, member engagement, and delivering top service.

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with quality service by following standard operating instructions and established procedures for food and beverage preparation. Follow policies and procedures for food storage, handling, and preparation. Prepare beverages quickly and accurately according to customer orders. Greet customers in a friendly manner and handle customer complaints diplomatically. Handle customer payments by calculating value of purchases, counting change due to customers, requesting payment from customers, and accepting tips from customers. Provide beverages to customers by receiving orders from servers using POS systems, keeping records of beverage orders, preparing beverages after receiving orders in a timely manner and delivering top service.
