Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices Manage cash handling responsibilities with basic math skills for accurate cashiering and retail math calculations Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality standards are consistently met Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to ensure prompt service Requirements Minimum 2 years previous barista experience or café experience, along with knowledge of coffee industry standards Food handler certification Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail transactions Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in serving food and beverage products while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us to craft exceptional coffee experiences while building your career in a lively, supportive environment!
