Job Description
Rosetta is hiring. We're looking for a few new Artisans to join our crew. These are part-time positions for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, great coffee, and taking pride in the details. Rosetta is open seven days a week from 7am-4pm, with staff shifts falling between 6am and 5pm. We offer flexible scheduling, but we're specifically looking for people who can make weekends a regular part of their availability. Experience as a barista or in a café or restaurant environment is a big plus. We'll teach you the Rosetta way—from espresso and latte art to our food, roasting, and approach to hospitality—but a good foundation in coffee or food service will help you hit the ground running. Our Artisans receive on-the-job training, discounts on coffee and merchandise, and access to our 401(k) program. Rosetta is a little different from your average coffee shop. We roast our own coffee, bake and cook in-house, obsess over our espresso, and believe hospitality is about much more than getting a drink across the counter. We're looking for people who are curious, dependable, warm with guests, attentive to the little things, and interested in becoming genuinely good at their craft. Coffee experience preferred. Curiosity required. We'll teach you the rest.
