Sweet Lab is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create an amazing experience for every customer. Responsibilities Prepare boba tea and other specialty drinks according to recipes Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service Take orders accurately using the POS system Recommend menu items and answer customer questions Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods Qualifications Customer service experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For At Sweet Lab, we're building more than a bubble tea shop—we're creating a welcoming place where people can relax, study, and spend time with friends.
