Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Operate Blender and other equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
• Familiarity with food preparation and service techniques
• Experience using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
