Job Description
Job Overview As a Barista, Your role will involve not only crafting delicious drinks but also providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. If you have a love for beverages and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and teas according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products served. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while managing time effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in a bubble shop or food service environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when needed. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
