Job Summary Gold Country Roasters is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Barista Shift Supervisor role. Barista Shift Supervisor will serve as multiple positions that include numerous job duties such as acting as cashier, pulling pastries, preparing drinks, stocking supplies, washing dishes, cleaning the shop and more. This position will also act as a supervisor when the manager is not on-duty. This position is part-time.

Responsibilities:

Uphold Tourist Hat (dba GCR) Handbook policies & procedures. Maintain exemplary customer service. Work regular shifts in café (i.e. barista, cashier, etc). Uphold consistent communication with Manager and fellow supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience required, preferably in Food Service. Previous Barista or Coffee Shop experience strongly preferred. Must have availability Mon-Tuesday 6:30am-3pm and at least two other days 6:30am-3pm. Schedule to be discussed during the interview. Must be able to lift 25lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be positive, proactive, and team-minded.

Pay:

Pay is based on experience, plus tips.
