Bone & Broth Vietnamese Cuisine is a family-owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant looking for team members to join us. We are passionate about our Vietnamese food and aim to cultivate a team dynamic that shares the same enthusiasm with our guests. We are located at 4320 Mills Circle, Ste A, Ontario, CA 91764 .

•No dining experience is needed; we will train the right candidates. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, people-oriented, and dependable.

•Positions are available for part-time or full-time work. We offer flexible shifts throughout the week during our hours of operations (10 AM - 10 PM).

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take orders in person, over the phone, and through our online website. Present the menu, answer questions, make suggestions regarding menu selections, and be attentive to any dietary restrictions. Serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff. Package take-out orders. Issue bills and accept payments. Clean, sanitize, and set up dining tables. Set up and maintain stock (e.g., take-out utensils, sauces). Uphold excellent customer service practices. Maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Skills:

Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to handle complaints/issues with a positive attitude. Ability to manage bills and payments accurately. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to carry food/drink trays weighing up to 10 lbs.

Ideal Candidates:

Experience in customer-facing roles. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service. Familiarity with common Vietnamese foods. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Flexible scheduling availability. Knowledge of Vietnamese language is a plus!

Starting Pay:

The hourly rate starts at $17.00/hour. Opportunity for pooled tip begins after the training period.
