Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for friendly, outgoing people who genuinely enjoy talking to others and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment. If you love coffee, people, and good vibes—you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Make and serve coffee, matcha, and specialty drinks
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer
• Keep the space clean, organized, and inviting
• Work with your team to keep things running smoothly during busy rushes
• Be part of the energy that makes Baba's feel special

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, upbeat personality
• Comfortable talking with customers (this is a big one!)
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Works well in a team but can also stay on top of tasks independently
• Willing to learn (no experience needed—we'll train you!
