Barista/ Cashier Salted Butter Company Pasadena, CA Job Details Part-time $19 - $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Serving Customer service Cash register Coffee experience Food preparation Full Job Description We are looking for a motivated Barista/FOH associate with at least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee. The ideal candidate is skilled at espresso-based drinks, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based and other coffee beverages to bakery standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper sanitation Assist with bakery prep and customer service as needed Engage with customers to create a welcoming experience Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
