Part-Time Barista / FOH team

Pasadena, CA Pay:

$18.57 hr + tips

Schedule:

2-4 shifts per week; weekend availability is a must

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve handcrafted tea-based drinks, milk teas, and espresso beverages
• Handle cashier responsibilities during your shift (take orders, process payments)
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and workspace
• Assist with prep and restocking during shifts
• Work as a team to deliver a smooth and friendly customer experience We're looking for someone who:
• Has café, tea shop, or barista experience (preferred but not required)
• Is punctual, clean, and detail-oriented
• Works well under pressure and communicates clearly
• Is comfortable standing for long periods and moving quickly
• Is available to work weekends and/or afternoons
• Is flexible and open to helping with both drink making and cashier duties
