Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative with strong knowledge of plant-based foods and wines to provide outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to educate customers on plant-based nutrition, dietary restrictions, and plant-based wine pairings , while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about plant-based products, ingredients, and suitable wine pairings. Assist customers with product recommendations and food-and-wine combinations. Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns with empathy and efficiency. Educate customers on plant-based diets, and allergies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve product offerings and service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food, wine, or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of plant-based diets and vegan nutrition . Knowledge of wine types, tasting notes, and plant-based wine pairing principles . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for promoting plant-based lifestyles, ethical eating habits, and wine education.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification or coursework in nutrition, vegan culinary arts, wine studies, or plant-based diets. Personal experience following a plant-based or vegan lifestyle. Enthusiastic about educating others and building a community around plant-based living and wine appreciation.
