Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction Operate POS system for retail sales transactions and cash handling Maintain cleanliness of the café environment by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and other areas in accordance with food safety standards Manage food handling and preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to health regulations and food safety protocols Lead team members during shifts by assigning tasks, supporting training efforts, and fostering a positive work environment Process cash transactions accurately, handle register operations smoothly, and reconcile daily sales with basic math skills Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies Experience Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus Experience in retail sales transactions using POS systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a café or food industry setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Leadership experience or the ability to motivate team members is desirable for those interested in advancing into supervisory roles Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional beverage experiences while developing your leadership skills!
