What you'll do Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages that meet our standards Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized customer service Confidently guide guests through our menu and make recommendations Accurately take orders and handle cash and credit card transactions Keep your espresso station and work areas clean, organized, and well stocked Help maintain a beautiful, safe, and welcoming café environment Support opening and closing duties (dishes, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning) Work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts What we're looking for A genuinely positive attitude and strong work ethic A love of coffee and hospitality A passion for great customer service Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment A current Food Handler's Card Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Some weekend availability is preffered Schedule We are currently hiring part-time team members for the following shifts: Sundays 8am to 1pm Saturdays 8am to 1pm (Additional shifts may become available as needed.)
