We are hiring a weekend barista, FRIDAY - SUNDAY 7:30am - 3pm. Fig Tree is an ocean front restaurant hiring an exceptional Barista. We serve Latin-inspired cuisine, natural wines, beer and cocktails in a chic venue with a patio and ocean views, breakfast lunch and dinner. We have a large brunch scene, and along with it comes many many espresso drinks. What you'll do Pull espresso and make coffee drinks to standard Occasionally take orders and work the POS Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready What we're looking for 2 years prior barista experience (espresso machine, milk steaming, drink consistency) Latte Art Fast and efficient on the espresso machine Comfortable in a fast, outdoor/indoor restaurant, high volume and the pressure that comes along with it Friendly, clear communication with guests and the team Reliable, on-time, and able to stand for a full shift California Food Handler Card Ability to lift 25+ lbs Schedule Part-time or full-time.
