Job Description

Menotti's Coffee is seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our expanding team!
Qualified Candidates Should:
  • Have 1+ years experience working as a lead barista.
  • Be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.
  • Have a flexible schedule with weekends (including Sundays) availability.
  • Be comfortable working in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be hospitable and have great customer service skills.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task.
