What You'll Do As a Storefront Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience every day by: Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service. Greeting guests and assisting with product selection. Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately. Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation. Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Working collaboratively with your teammates and store leadership. Following all company policies and Health Department regulations. Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS) Bar Bread Cake Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift. Having fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience! Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to speak and understand conversational English. Availability to work at least 20 hours per week . Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required). Physical Requirements This position requires frequent physical activity, including: Standing and walking for extended periods. Repetitive hand movements. Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds . Working in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers.
