- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of products
- Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate Skills
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience in sales within the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Understanding of food safety protocols in a food service setting
