We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you rotate between crafting specialty coffee and serving local beer and wine. Available Shift Blocks Please indicate which block fits your availability:

Morning:

6:30am-2pm, Monday-Wednesday, and Thursday-Sunday, 2-3 shifts per week

Afternoon:

2pm-6pm, 1-3 shifts per week, any day of the week Duties Prepare and serve coffee beverages, food, beer, and wine with precision and consistency. Operate POS system (Shift4) and handle cash transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (handling, prep, and workspace). Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Engage with customers to create a welcoming "tasting room" environment. Qualifications Must be 21+ (required for alcohol service).

Punctuality is vital to our team-based staffing model.

Experience:

Previous Barista experience

Certifications:

RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) and Food Handlers certifications are a major plus (must be obtained upon hire).

Skills:

Basic retail math, excellent time management, and a positive attitude.
