Our work environment includes:
Regular social events Flexible working hours R&B Tea Rowland Heights is hiring part time positions. We're looking for hardworking, friendly customer service oriented people to join our team! We also have growth opportunities based on performance.- Must have a good attitude
- no experience needed, we will train
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service every time
- Brew tea, cook boba, chop fruits,,...etc.
- Make drinks in a timely manner
- Stock inventory
- Restock ingredients
- Memorize steps for making all drinks on the menu
- Receive and process customer payments
- Assist with setup and cleanup
- Clean/sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment throughout shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- The ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask
