Team Members to fufill that role. In this role, you will be preparing drink items, packaging bread items, educate customers on menu items, recommend items based on customers' preferences and provide friendly service. Ultimately, we want customers to leave feeling that they had a great overall experience! We have a rapidly growing and evolving team with many opportunities to learn and grow within the company. WHO YOU ARE

Responsibilities /

Expectations:

Deliver exceptional customer service Be well-versed in the baked good & drink items at the store Prepare drinks according to recipes in a fast-paced and team oriented environment Always maintain a clean and organized work station Be proactive by making sure that drink are made correctly & customers are being served with the best quality. Receive vendor orders and verify correct items and quantities have been delivered

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service At least 6 months of experience in the specialty coffee industry is preferred Food Handlers Certified Available and flexible to work various shifts with teammates Great customer service and work attitude Excellent communication skills Great team management skills Basic math and computer skills Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age.
