Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and prepare coffee and tea beverages with efficiency and attention to quality Maintain strong knowledge of our coffee program, including our partnership with Black Oak Coffee Follow SOPs for cleanliness, equipment use, and maintenance Execute opening and closing duties for the coffee station and café Maintain familiarity with food and beverage ingredients, dietary considerations, and allergies Operate the
