Position Overview :
As a

Bowl Shop Team Member you will deliver excellent guest service and beautifully handcrafted products. You will model our store operation standards and bring to life SAMBAZON's Mission and Values in the store. This role will help create a welcoming store environment while making a positive and meaningful impact on every guest. Successful team members are outgoing, service minded, and dependable individuals who always aim to keep the store up to top standards visually, hygienically and experientially.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The following are examples of key responsibilities and are not an exhaustive list of all duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties may change depending on business needs: Provides high quality food products and beverages consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipes, presentation standards and health department requirements. Anticipates guests and store needs by evaluating the environment and guests for cues. Communicates information to the Bowl Shop General Manager to ensure the team can respond as necessary to create a welcoming environment. Delivers exceptional customer service to all guests by acting with a guest first attitude and engaging with the guest. Develops positive relationships with the team while prioritizing attention to guests. Executes store operations during scheduled shifts as assigned by Store Leadership on shift. Complies with SAMBAZON's operational policies and procedures, including those for Uniform & Hygiene, Cash Handling, Food Safety and Security policies. Follows accurate cash handling procedures at all times. Upholds regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or in cases of unexpected events to keep café operating to standard. Other job-related duties as requested by the store leadership.
Education, Experience and Other Skills/Competencies:
High school diploma preferred but not required. Food handler's certification must be obtained in compliance with local and federal regulations.
