Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales swiftly and accurately Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and recommend popular beverages or snacks Manage cash handling responsibilities by processing cash transactions and giving correct change Support food handling and food preparation tasks to uphold quality standards in the café environment Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with café experience preferred Strong knowledge of beverage service, drink preparation, and food safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to engaging guests Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours and ensure timely service Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every customer.
