Join our mobile coffee cart team and serve espresso at corporate events across the Bay Area, with a new venue almost every week. About My Goodies Coffee Co. My Goodies Coffee Co. is a premium mobile coffee cart catering company serving corporate clients and private events. We've served teams at Google, Meta, PayPal, and Zoom, and we're growing fast. Our events are fun, high-energy, and always changing. The Role We're looking for energetic, customer-focused baristas to join our event team. You'll staff one-day and multi-day corporate events and help cover shifts at our stationed carts on tech campuses. Fall and winter are our busiest seasons, so we need people who can be available on call as events come up. For the right person, there's real opportunity to grow with us long term. What You'll Do Prepare and serve espresso drinks and coffee at corporate and private events Deliver friendly, polished customer service in a high-volume setting Help load, unload, set up, and break down the coffee cart and equipment Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safety compliant Represent our brand with professionalism and positive energy What We're Looking For 1+ year Barista experience and comfort operating an espresso machine Basic coffee knowledge and the ability to handle high-volume service Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel locally to events Ability to lift 50-60 lbs (espresso machine and equipment) during setup and breakdown, with or without reasonable accommodation A team player who's fun, energetic, and dependable Availability for weekday events (typically 8AM-5 PM); occasional weekend events What We Offer $25-$30/hour, based on experience Mileage reimbursement for longer-distance events Paid training on our equipment and service standards Help getting your California Food Handler card A fun, supportive team and exciting events at new venues Growth opportunities as the company expands How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a few sentences about your barista experience and your weekday availability.
