Pay:

What You'll Do Craft Exceptional Drinks:

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to exact recipe and presentation standards. Keep the

Accurately take and execute customer orders, prep quick-serve food items, and keep inventory restocked. Work as a

Team:

Communicate clearly and cooperate seamlessly with teammates to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain High Standards:

Uphold strict cleanliness protocols and ensure full compliance with health department regulations.

What You Bring Skillset & Precision:

Specialty coffee/hospitality experience and latte art skills are a huge plus, but not required. A strong work ethic and sharp attention to detail.

Great Energy:

A warm, enthusiastic communication style and a genuine love for engaging with guests.

Coffee Curiosity:

Excitement for sharing details about coffee origins, beans, and seasonal menu offerings.

An Inclusive Mindset:

A welcoming attitude that makes every single guest feel respected and supported on their coffee journey. Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week. Weekend availability is a must
