Experienced Barista Location :

15 - 25 hours per week

Compensation :

$23.00 per hour (+ approximately $6.00 per hour in tips) Hello! We are looking for a new team member who can start in the next week or so who is friendly, hard-working, and detail-oriented for the role of barista / cashier / sandwich maker! We love creating memorable experiences for our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for coffee, community, and nailing the details. This is a hands-on role where you'll rotate between making drinks, preparing sandwiches, and connecting with customers. Interest in creative coffee innovation and special event planning is a plus! Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages Make sandwiches and light food items Provide excellent, friendly customer service Participate in store process and drink innovation Support daily café operations Occasionally appear in social media content Qualifications Experience working in a coffee shop Passion for connecting with people Strong communication and customer service skills Eagerness to learn and lead Comfortable being featured in social media videos Availability for 15 - 25 hours per week Ability to pick up occasional short-notice shifts is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions related to drink and food preparation.
