Field to Table Provisions is looking to hire a Lead Barista for our new Cafe opening in San Luis Obispo! In this position, you'll assist with day-to-day operations in a fun, fast-paced food service environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great customer service, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support and motivate staff, help keep track of inventory, and ensure guests have a welcoming, enjoyable experience every time they visit. DEDICATED RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures high quality products and oversees quality control Prepare and serve beverages while taking consideration of customer requests Have a strong eye for visual merchandising and food packaging Meet and engage with guests and receive feedback Split time between food preparation, working line & customer service Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a minimum of 2 years hospitality, food service & Barista experience Ability to work Flex Hours and in a fast paced environment Neat Appearance and appropriate manners for customer service Cash Handling Strong Communication and Attention to Detail Ability to use Square POS System

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES

ServSafe Certificate Valid California Driver's License HOURS:

Monday

• Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM
• Due to the nature of our business, hours may vary. Peak season hours 8am
• 6pm.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Wage + Gratuities $20

• $24 per hour
• DOE $30
• $36 per hour overtime

DOE PTO:

7 days paid time off in the first year. Additional days for consecutive years Requiring pre-approval for days off

MEALS:

Will be provided lunch daily with supplies on hand in prep kitchen

ATTIRE/UNIFORM

Provided FTT Provisions Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hats, Apparel etc.
