Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring quality and consistency. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist in food preparation and service as needed, contributing to a positive customer experience.
